Our Founder

Benjamin Ryan Willoughby is the Founder of Boundless Reach Workshop, LLC based in Hamilton, Georgia.

Ryan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Jordan Vocational High School College and Career Academy, a role he has held since 2023. Prior to his career in public education, Ryan was the President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Georgia.

Ryan is a lifelong resident of the Chattahoochee Valley and is a graduate of both Columbus State University and the University of Georgia. His passion for people is what drives him to dedicate his life to serving others.

Ryan is a member of the Rotary Club of Columbus and serves as Chairman of the State Housing Trust Fund for the Homeless. He is an active volunteer with the United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley and his local church. He is the co-founder of a Christian housing nonprofit based in Columbus. He and his wife, Christy, are the proud parents of two daughters.
